Dispatch
Orders are packed in the Johannesburg studio and dispatched within 3 working days. You will receive a tracking number by email the moment the parcel leaves us.
South Africa
Flat rate R 90 courier to any main centre, 2–4 working days. Free on orders over R 2 000. Outlying areas may add one working day.
International
We ship worldwide via tracked courier. Rates are quoted at checkout based on destination. Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the receiver.
Returns
Unworn pieces with tags attached can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the piece is faulty.
Faults
Deliberate construction details — visible tape, raw hems, dye drift — are part of the design and not faults. If a seam fails or hardware breaks within 6 months of purchase, we repair or replace it free.
